The Lovely Ladies of Laurel mission is to enlighten, encourage, and empower young ladies by providing intellectual awareness and achievement, friendship and personal development, social responsibility, and respect for self and others while enhancing the quality of life and making a positive difference.

Lovely Ladies of Laurel or simply L3 is a non-profit orgainzation, incorporated in the State of Maryland and committed to providing mentoring services to young ladies residing in Laurel, Maryland and surrounding areas. L3 seeks to promote responsibility, respect, and academic rigor to a diverse group of young ladies within our community.
Lovely Ladies of Laurel have given their time and dedication consecutively for three years. To date, they have participated in annual food drives, coat drives, walks for hunger, walks for peace, walks for breast cancer, local parades, collected over 600 pairs of jeans for homeless teens, assisted in building a playground for two elementary school, developed a tutoring program for elementary schools, built a positive rapport with the senior citizens of Laurel, met with Local and State officials, participated in Toys for Tots campaigned for domestic violence, participated in voting registration, and received acknowledgement from the White House.
